Hi! I’m Amy Furbee, Director of Connections & Communication here at Cypress MC. I know visiting a new church can feel overwhelming, and I’d love to make your first Sunday easier. If you’d like someone to meet you,
walk with you, and help you get comfortable,
I’m happy to personally guide you.

Worship

We offer two distinct styles of worship each Sunday:

9:30 AM – Contemporary Worship in the Ministry Activity Center
11:00 AM – Traditional Worship in the Sanctuary

Wherever you feel most at home, we invite you to come as you are and worship with us!

Small Group

Looking to connect and grow in community? A variety of Small Groups meet on Sunday mornings, with something for every age and stage of life.

You can explore the full list of classes online at CypressMC.org/Small-Group or pick up a printed list at the blue Connections Table just outside of worship.

Feel free to visit different groups until you find the one that feels like home!

Cypress Kids
Ages Birth to 5th Grade

9:30 AM Worship Service:
Children (Preschool through 5th grade) begin worship with their families in the Sanctuary. During the service, our Children’s Director, Jennifer McDaniel, will invite them to the front for a special Children’s Moment. After that, they’ll head upstairs with Jennifer to The Park (located on the second floor of the Wesley Building) for a short, engaging lesson while the sermon continues in the main service.

11:00 AM Small Groups:
Children (Preschool through 5th grade) head straight to their classrooms for Small Group time.

Preschoolers meet in the Clubhouse Room
Kindergarten–5th Grade meet in The Park (Room #__)

Nursery care is available during both services for children ages 0–3.

Cypress Youth

Grades 6-12

Cypress Youth — Sunday Mornings Are Better Together!

Come be a part of Cypress Youth every Sunday! Start your morning by joining our Youth Director, Chris McCollum, and the rest of the crew for worship at the 9:30 AM service—we sit together, so come find us!

Then, the fun kicks into high gear upstairs in the Youth Room (top of the front stairs in the Ministry Activity Center):

10:30 AM – Fellowship Time: Grab a snack, catch up with friends, and settle in.
10:45 AM – Games & Morning Fun: We laugh loud, play hard, and build community!
11:00 AM – Praise and Worship then Small Groups & Discipleship: Go deeper in your faith with real conversations and encouragement.

And that’s not all—on the 2nd and 4th Sundays, stick around from Noon to 2:00 PM for Hangout Time—extra games, food, and fun!
